Ambassadors receive payouts twice per month, with payments made once the holding period (usually 30 days) for each order has passed. This ensures orders are final and not refunded.
• Payment Methods: You can set up automatic payouts through PayPal or another payment method available in the Collabs app. Payments are processed in USD. If you choose a different currency, be aware that you may incur a currency conversion fee.
• Payout Threshold: To receive a payout, your next payout balance must be at least $25. If this threshold is not met, your balance will roll over to the next payout cycle.
• Payout Statuses: You can track the status of your commission payouts in the Shopify Collabs app, where you’ll see if your payment is Paid, Scheduled, Pending, or Failed.
