Track My Orders

Once we ship your order, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.

• If your tracking number starts with “UJ,” please click the following link to track your package. After clicking the link, simply enter your tracking number to view all the details.

• If your tracking number starts with “YT,” please click this link and enter your tracking number to track your package.

We will soon be updating our logistics tracking system to make it easier for everyone to track their packages.

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please email us at help@plushthis.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

Alternatively, you can also log in to your account using the email you used for your order to check the tracking details.
Desktop: Find the login button on the homepage, located on the right side.
Mobile: Tap the menu button (≡) to find the login option.
